We're a family crew out of the West Chester area, and most mornings the truck heads down one of the same five highways: I-76, I-476, I-78, I-95, or US-222. That puts ten counties within working range for us, from Philadelphia rowhome roofs to warehouse decks out past Reading.

The work is the same everywhere: commercial roof coating, flat roof repair, and full silicone restorations on EPDM, TPO, mod-bit, and metal. What changes from county to county is the building stock, so we've written a page for each one that covers what we actually see there.

Counties we serve

Wherever the building sits, the visit works the same way. One of the owners (Keith, Brian, or Jason) comes out, walks the roof, and gives you a straight answer on whether it's a coating candidate. If it is, you get a fixed written quote, typically $3 to $7 per square foot against $10 to $18 for a replacement. If it isn't, we tell you that too and point you toward a roofer.

A little outside the lines?

These ten counties are where we quote every job with a free on-site visit from one of the owners. If your building sits just past the edge of that footprint, call anyway. Larger commercial projects in adjacent counties get considered case by case, and we'd rather tell you yes or no on the phone than have you guess.
