The finished roof is seamless, bright white, and reflects up to 88% of solar energy, which matters more than you'd think on a second-floor apartment over a shop in July. It also stands up to ponding water, the usual weak point on dead-flat borough roofs. Warranties run 10, 15, or 20 years depending on thickness, and when the coating eventually wears, you wash and recoat. No tear-off, ever.
